Getting Tipsy in Quebec
Quebec has an older tone, but don't mistaken this for a lack of
night life. It's the Netflix and Chill vibe and was exactly what I look
for in a relaxing vacation. In the old city there are a few cool bars
that you can get a good Canadian beer or cocktail. We didn't get to
venture further out, but everything is walking distance and I love it
when I don't have to go to far to have a good evening! Not to forget the
way the city looks at night is romantic as hell!
Sacrilege
Right across the street from a church, Sacrilege was my favorite pub style bar we went to! It was dark and cozy, had a good selection of beers on tap and very friendly bartenders. I know that doesn't seem important, but knowing little french, the guys working that night were helpful and made for good conversation.
Le Papa Geroges
Located near the Escalier Casse-Cou or breakneck steps, one can find a few pubs with out door seating. We went with Le Pap Georges since it had some seats available. On a nice day these can be hard to come by, people seem to post up and spend hours relaxing and drinking. This reminded me a lot of Paris and the cafe seating. Perfect for people watching! I don't remember what we got to drink, but it really didn't matter, it was just nice to sit outside and have a good beer. If it's a nice day I do suggest settling down and having a few, just for the people watching experience.

Back to 1608, their drinks are creative and if you have the cash flow, try a few. This was one of the more pricey places, but totally worth it!
Clearly I was feeling myself after :)
Saint Alexandre Pub & Murphy's
These two Irish puds are right next to each other and both offered good beer and a T.V to watch hockey! I think they are owned by the same people and are both good options if your close to the Old City.
A few other beers we tried from Quebec. The Loop was our favorite, the Lime & Cilantro was our favorite!
